A few months ago, KGNS told you about a young girl making dresses out of pillowcases. As a Girl Scout project Lauren Melendez began sewing dresses from pillowcases to send to girls in Africa. And she is still continuing her effort today, but now inviting her fellow troops to join her behind a sewing machine; by hosting workshops.
