-Fourth Annual IMPACT Economic Development Forum – hosted by the LCC Economic Development Center

-Funds generated through IMPACT assist us in supporting economic development initiatives as well as providing resources to students and the local business community. Most recently, our college launched the first-ever Cybersecurity Career Certification program, thanks to the efforts of the LCC Economic Development Center. The free, six-week training program helped prepare students to gain meaningful industry-recognized certification to enter into the Information Technology (IT) industry. The funds raised during the event particularly help fund programs in Cybersecurity, Transportation, and Logistics.

- Tickets are $1,000 for a table of 10 or $100 per person

Bowling for Badges

Join us at Jett Bowl North on Thursday, December 7th for one of the year's best community-wide events, Bowling for Badges! Team up with local police officers and roll out support for Special Olympics Texas athletes!
Walkup registration opens at 6:00 p.m. and Bowling for Badges begins at 6:30 p.m. The entry fee is $25 per person and $125 per team (5 bowlers). The fee includes three games and shoe rental.
Teams will consist of five members and will play in either the Recreational division or the Law Enforcement & Fire Fighter division. The tournament will wrap with an awards ceremony for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams
This Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) fundraiser will benefit more than 2,000 SOTX athletes in the Laredo Area.
