(NBC) - Comedian, Bill Cosby arrived at court on Friday as the jury continued to deliberate.

Jury Deliberations have continued for more than 40 hours.

Cosby’s attorney asked for the judge to declare a mistrial, but the judge denied the request.

After deliberations started, the jury was brought into the courtroom and asked for the definition of ‘reasonable doubt’ and asked for Cosby’s deposition testimony.

The judge sent the jury to clarify which excerpts of the deposition they wanted and will allow them back into the courtroom after they decide.

Cosby has pleaded not guilty to three counts of aggravated indecent assault.

The comedian faces ten years if the jury comes back with a guilty verdict.

This is the only case stemming from the accusations of dozens of women.
