LAREDO, Texas (KGNS) - A car accident in South Laredo leads to the discovery of seven undocumented immigrants involved in an alleged human smuggling case.

According to Webb County Sheriff’s Deputies on Monday they received a call about suspicious activity near Rio Bravo involving a Chevrolet Tahoe allegedly smuggling narcotics or undocumented immigrants.

When deputies arrived at the location, they saw that the driver was driving recklessly and lost control of the vehicle.

Officials say the vehicle rolled over at the intersection of Unknown Hero and Lomas Sur.
