LAREDO, Texas (KGNS) - A man from Edinburg who was formally removed from the country to Mexico back in 2011 is under arrest for the second time.
The federal government wants to deport Martin Tirado Murillo for the fourth time.
Murillo pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated on Monday. Murillo is originally from Mexico.
According to a federal criminal complaint against Murillo, he was formally removed from the U.S. to Mexico for the third time back in 2011 via a Laredo, Texas port of entry.
Murillo had three prior drunk driving convictions.
Murillo is now charged with illegal re-entry and is being held without bond.
