Warm humid gulf air is lifting above our cool Great Plains air. This will mean cool and damp weather through Saturday. The shallow cool airmass will begin to erode away Sunday and warmer air will begin to appear at the surface. Sunnier, much warmer air will establish itself over our area likely all of the coming week.
I'm expecting patchy drizzle tonight and Saturday, low tonight in the high 50's, highs Saturday in the high 60's. Drizzle possible early Sunday, some clearing in the afternoon, high in the 70's. Partly sunny Monday and Tuesday, high in the low 80's. Mostly sunny Wednesday through Friday, highs in the high 80's to near 90.
