The Encinal fuel shop, a Cevron gas station just outside of Laredo had allegedly charged customers between eight to nine dollars a gallon for regular unleaded gas on August 31st.

Texas law prohibits vendors from charging exorbitant prices for necessities such as drinking water, food and fuel during a declared disaster.

Coming up on KGNS News Evening Edition, we speak to a representative from the attorney’s general office on this case.
