New study shows teens are not getting enough exercise

(NBC) - Today’s teens are not getting enough exercise.

According to a new study from Johns Hopkin’s University, researchers found that older teens had a higher risk for inactivity.

The average 19-year-old was as sedentary as someone in their 60’s.
Young adults in their 20’s were the only age group that showed an increase in activity.

Exercise levels declined through middle age and older adulthood.
