Update: Man in court accused of stabbing four people found not guilty

LAREDO, Texas (KGNS) - After three days, the man on trial for a stabbing at a north Laredo home is found not guilty.

Julio Hector Hernandez Palos was arrested back in January after police got a call about an altercation taking place in the 8700 block of Calvary Court back in January.

Officers say they found four people with apparent stab wounds.

However jurors found Palos not guilty for the crime.

The trial took place at the 49th District Court.

It was day two in the 49th District Court for the man accused of stabbing four people inside a north Laredo home.

Four witnesses took the stand on Tuesday in the trial against Julio Hernandez Palos.

Palos was arrested back in January after police got a call about a fight taking place at a home in the 8700 block of Calvary Court.

Officers say they found four people with apparent stab wounds.

According to witnesses, Palos was swinging a knife around allegedly hitting the victims.

The victims were taken to the hospital and Palos was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Both sides have rested and closing arguments will begin on Wednesday at nine in the morning.
