Hot air aloft from Mexico will stir down, bringing hot weather Friday. The hot air will be replaced by noticeably cooler air from the Great Plains Saturday afternoon through Monday morning. Hot air from the Mexican Plateau will quickly head into south Texas next week, perhaps appearing at the surface with 100F heat.
I'm expecting mostly clear warm and humid tonight, low around 70. Sunny and hot Friday, high in the low to mid 90's. Saturday will start out warm and humid with lows above 70, and 80's at midday. Cooler northerly winds will arrive during early afternoon with temperatures falling into the 70's, the high 50's by dawn Sunday. Partly to mostly cloudy Sunday with low humidity, high in the 70's. Sunny Monday, high in the 80's after the 50's at sunrise. Mostly sunny Tuesday through Thursday, highs perhaps reaching 100 Wednesday and Thursday.
