Elliott's Six Game Suspension Upheld; Will Play Week One

By  |

An arbitrator has upheld the NFL's six game suspension of the Cowboy's running back but the league will allow Elliott to play in the opening weekend. Now a judge will make a ruling Friday evening to either grant Elliott a Temporary Restraining Order against the league. If the TRO is granted, Elliott could continue playing while he tries to get the entire suspension overturned. If the TRO is denied then Elliott would serve the six games and not be eligible to return until early November.
