The effect was greatest for men who lived in the same households as their children.

(NBC) - While mothers can be at risk for Post-Partum Depression, a new study explores how dads can be affected, too.

Studies show men in their mid-20's may be at particular risk for becoming depressed after they become fathers.

Symptoms increased on average by 68 percent over the first five years of fatherhood for these young men.

The effect was greatest for men who lived in the same households as their children.
