Laredo Health Department recommends vaccinating pets to prevent rabies

The department has vaccinated nearly 100 dogs this week.

The Laredo Health Department is asking people to get their pets vaccinated.

LAREDO, TX (KGNS) - There is a way for all Laredo pet owners to make sure that their pets are healthy and free of any disease.

The Laredo Health Department said this week that rabies "continues to be a local threat" and is asking people to get their pets vaccinated. The department has vaccinated nearly 100 dogs this week.
