LAREDO, TX (KGNS) - Open enrollment on Healthcare.gov is over. So what happens now if you don't have health insurance?

Open enrollment on Healthcare.gov is over.

If you're not insured by January 1st, you will have to pay a fee on your 2014 tax return. That fee will be pro-rated if you get insurance at some point.
