LAREDO, TEXAS (KGNS) - The Laredo City Council heard Monday from Chevron on an ongoing energy savings plan being managed by the company.
Over the last several years the city has invested $5.8 million in energy-saving replacements and improvements. The plan calls for savings of nearly $10 million over the next 15 years. A Chevron representative said the city saved $501,000 in the current year.
