Woman gets life in prison in shoe-stabbing death

Ana Trujillo was convicted of murder on Tuesday in Houston.

DALLAS, TX (KXAS/KCEN) - The woman that was accused of killing her boyfriend by stabbing him with her shoe has been sentenced to life in prison.

Forty-five-year-old Ana Trujillo was accused of stabbing 59-year-old Alf Stegan Andersson 25 times in the face and head with the 5 1/2-inch stiletto heel of her shoe last June.

Trujillo was convicted of murder on Tuesday in Houston.

Prosecutors say she attacked Andersson at his home after a night of drinking. Her attorneys say that Andersson attacked her and the only thing she had to defend herself was her shoe.
