(NBC) - Lance Armstrong's former cycling team manager has been handed a ten year ban for his alleged involvement in doping.
The US Anti-Doping Agency says the evidence against manager Johan Bruyneel "established conclusively" that he "was at the apex of a conspiracy to commit widespread doping on the USPS and Discovery Channel teams."
A doctor and trainer also received eight year bans.
