QUEENS, NY (NBC) - Nineteen people were injured when six cars of a subway train derailed in New York City this morning.
Officials said four of the injuries are potentially serious.
Some of the 1,000 passengers panicked, when they thought a thick cloud of dust was smoke from a fire.
Officials said an investigation into the cause is already underway, including testing the train's operator and conductor for drugs and alcohol.
