LAREDO, TX (KGNS) - The 406th District Court is finalizing some adoptions Friday and giving some Laredo children permanent homes.
They hope to promote awareness about adoption, as well.
"Why not me?" is what many children end up asking themselves. Every year thousands turn 18 years old and leave the system without families.
If you're looking into adopting a child, the court of Judge Oscar J. Hale is providing information after the adoption event.
