LAREDO, TX (KGNS) - An 11-year-old boy is in a San Antonio hospital after being run over by a truck on Monday.
The child suffered compound fractures to the legs after being run over by both the front and back tires of a Ford F-250 on Quail Creek.
According to police, the child was walking home with friends when he crossed the street from a non-designated area between two vehicles. The driver was unable to stop in time, but remained on the scene to render aid.
