LAREDO, TX (KGNS) - City Council members will be looking to make city rec centers more accessible to veterans, elderly, and the disabled.
Council members are going to consider either removing or reducing the fees charged to these groups for using the city's recreation centers.

And finally, City Council will also get an update on the Plastic Bag Ban Ordinance that's just months away from taking effect.
