LAREDO, TEXAS (KGNS) - The city of Laredo is looking at moving forward with the El Portal Center.

In Monday's Commissioner's Court agenda, council members will make an agreement with EPC, an Illinois liability company. The term of the agreement is for ten years, and EPC will invest $80 million to be broken down in two phases.

Tonight on KGNS News at Ten, reporter Christian von Preysing will have more details on the plan, and what commitment will the city have to make for the outlet mall to be completed.
