PILLAR is an organization that offers free counseling services to people of all ages with a focus on youth. They are reminding parents their services are free and flexible.
Myrthala Alejo, a PILLAR volunteer psychologist, says, "We recommend that they call PILLAR and make an appointment. We are available Monday through Saturday. We can help them with psycho-educational classes, or different coping strategies. We have different things available."
