LAREDO, TX (KGNS) - There are some big changes from the State level involving your child's education.
It comes with the STAAR tests that our students must pass to meet state mandates. Texas has increased the level of algebra content in the test for 8th graders. With that, they are requiring they use graphing calculators or graphing apps to make the grade.
