LAREDO, TEXAS (KGNS) -- A family in the Laredo community will have a new place to call come thanks to one local organization.
Habitat for Humanity, along with HEB, partnered in helping one mom get a new home.
Along with a check presentation of over $2,000 to help cover expenses for the organization, they aim to help those in our community who struggle in getting a home, have one.
The new home will be given to Elizabeth Martinez, an HEB employee, and a mother of three who applied to get the new home through the organization.
