LAREDO, TEXAS (KGNS) - KGNS spoke to a group of undocumented women and children at a local bus station who were detained after crossing the border, and then released with orders to appear in court at a later date.

Tonight on KGNS News at Ten, reporter Christian von Preysing tells us what's happening, and if this practice is helping with an ongoing immigration surge.
