LAREDO, TEXAS (KGNS) -- The 15-year-old who was accused of making terrorist threats at school will remain in custody.
Webb County attorney's office says a judge decided to detain him for ten more days due to the severity of his charges.
They also say the case is still under investigation, and because of the threats he made on campus, he is facing a felony charge of terroristic threats.
You may recall law enforcement searched his home after being alerted by administration at United ISD who got a Crime Stoppers tip about remarks the 15-year-old made.
He is also facing chargers of discharging a firearm within city limits.
