LAREDO, TEXAS (KGNS) - College life may be tough for some students this year - that's why a pantry on one campus may ease those who are short of money.
It was the inauguration of the Food Pantry Service for Students at the LCC South campus.
This was a collaboration between LCC and the Hector Liendo Foundation.
This service would provide students who are struggling financially to be able to get food from the South Texas Food Bank at no cost.
The service is available to students at the Fort MacIntosh campus.
The pantry is only open to qualifying students, employees and faculty with a valid LCC ID.
