LPD needs your help identifying two car theft suspects

LAREDO, TEXAS (LPD) - A victim stated to police that she rented a Toyota Rav 4 vehicle from a rental car company and left it at her residence at 401 International Boulevard when she went out of town for work.

When she returned home, she noticed that the vehicle was missing from her residence.

The victim stated that there are cameras in the area of her home and they captured when the suspect took the vehicle.

Meanwhile, another victim stated to police that he had lent his vehicle, a 2003 Mitsubishi Montero SP, to a friend to use.

According to the victim, his friend called him to report the vehicle had been stolen and he would not provide any other information as to where it was taken from or when it was stolen.

According to the investigation, the vehicle entered into Mexico.

Surveillance footage captured an unidentified man, not the victim’s friend, driving the stolen vehicle.
