Laredo Border Patrol considering releasing immigrants

Border Patrol is discussing to release immigrants that are from other countries.

A representative with the Border Patrol Council says they are concerned over by guidelines from the U.S. Attorney that permit agents to release detainees with a court date.

LAREDO, TX (KGNS) - Border Patrol is discussing to release immigrants that are from other countries.

A representative with the Border Patrol Council, the union for U.S. Border Patrol says they are concerned over by guidelines from the U.S. Attorney that permit agents to release detainees with a court date. The representative expressed concern over the practice, saying the aliens do not come back for their appointment.
