LAREDO, TX (KGNS) - The City of Laredo has broken ground on a new water utility building.
The facility will be a dual-purpose administrative office and educational center. Laredo Councilwoman Cindy Liendo says the building will open in 12 to 14 months. The educational wing will teach about water use and conservation.
