LAREDO, TEXAS (KGNS) - More changes for a more progressive city are happening at the Laredo Police Department.
In keeping up-to-date with technology, city officials are in search of a contractor to help with an online system. That system would make gaining access to police reports much easier by allowing the public to gather them via Internet for a fee.
