Professor speaks to Rotary Club about low voter turnout

LAREDO, TX (KGNS) - Webb County is known to have low voter turnout during elections.

A local professor realized this, and spoke to members of the Laredo Rotary Club about low voter turnout in Texas. James Norris, professor of political science at TAMIU, says Texas has the worst voting record in the United States.
