LAREDO, TX (KGNS) - Do you have any thoughts on the transportation around town? Well here is your chance to be heard!
The Laredo Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is hosting a public meeting at the Laredo Public Library at 5:30pm on Thursday. Laredoans will be asked to discuss the current plan and to give input on any road-related issues they encounter. A citizen's suggestions and recommendations are extremely important and enhance the MPO's ability to provide the best possible Laredo transportation experience.
The MPO is working with all area planning partners in order to plan a transportation network that provides for the safe and efficient mobility of people and goods. The proposed plan is intended to provide 25 years' worth of comprehensive transportation planning for the Laredo metropolitan area.
