LAREDO, TEXAS (KGNS) - A local outreach organization, Serving Children and Adults in Need, is getting the word out to parents in anticipation of summer vacation.
A SCAN representative says through surveys and in-person visits, they're seeing an increase in marijuana use. They say parents should be prepared to monitor their kids if they're working during the summer months.
