The Laredo Public Library offers family fun activities during Spring Break.

LAREDO, TX (KGNS) - Some kids have nothing but free time during their Spring Break, but there are many fun activities that are just around the corner!

The Laredo Public Library would like to invite parents to bring their children to enjoy some spring break family fun with some fun-filled story time, arts and crafts and other holiday activities over the break.

Simply stop by the Laredo Public Library Children’s Department, located at 1120 East Calton Road at 2:30 p.m. on the days listed below. The events are free and open to the public. Please note that there is limited space for the events. To ensure a good time is had by all, parents must stay with their children. No drop-offs, please.

10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Story & Crafts (Pasta activity)

2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
Arts and Crafts (Bracelet with beads)

10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Story time (St. Patrick’s rainbow)

4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Movie Day (The Secret of Kells)

10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Stories and Crafts (Loteria/Prizes)

4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Hora del Cuento story time
(St. Patrick bookmark)

10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Pre-school Story time (Paper shamrock)

5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Family Evening
(St. Patrick’s door hanger)

10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Game Day (Educational games)

2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
St. Patrick’s Day at the Library
