LAREDO, TEXAS (KGNS) -- An event aims to teach Laredoans of an ancient Chinese system that helps improve health and increase vitality.
An exhibition of the ancient martial arts form was held at the Haynes Recreation Center from the Members of the National Team from the Multidisciplinary Center from the University Autonoma de Tamaulipas.
The event was free to the public.
Showed a presentation of exercise routines such as free hand, the hand of fans, spade techniques and cane forms with choreography groups.
This is the first time this exhibition has been held at the center.
