LAREDO, TEXAS (KGNS) - With the cloud hanging over City Council after the arrest of councilman Vera, the city will discuss changes to who will be included in the random drug testing.
It's an item put on the agenda by Mayor Raul Salinas to include all elected officials and that includes City Council members. Currently, the only city employees who did not have to be drug tested were council members.
