SAN ANTONIO, TX (WOAI) - It's all over the radio. Controversial singer Miley Cyrus is coming to town with her "Bangerz" Tour. However, one group of parents is saying not so fast!

They asked county commissioners to pass an ordinance that would make it a misdemeanor for a teenager younger than 14-years-old to attend a concert where the performance might have what's considered to be obscene acts, if they are not with a parent or legal guardian. They believe the suggested ordinance should apply to shows in county-owned facilities, like the AT&T Center where Miley Cyrus is performing.

Judge Nelson Wolff says the county can not create ordinances. However, he did reach out to Spurs, Sports and Entertainment to request that the business ask organizers with the Miley Cyrus tour to avoid obscene acts during the show. We contacted Spurs, Sports and Entertainment for reaction.

Representatives declined to comment at this time.
