Local, state and federal agencies are working to clean up an oil spill after a ship collided with a barge on Saturday.
Officials say a "significant" amount of oil leaked into Galveston Bay when one of its tanks was breached.
They say winds and tides are moving the oil farther into the Gulf.
The barge was carrying 924,000 gallons of fuel oil in its four tanks.
Officials say all the oil has been safely removed from the barge.
