WALDO COUNTY, MAINE (KRIS) - A 28 year old father from Maine is accused of using a shock collar intended for animals on his young son.
Authorities in Waldo County say James Kuhn was arrested Friday after the seven year old boy told school officials about the alleged abuse.
The boy also claims his father tried to break his back by kicking him.
Kuhn faces two charges of domestic assault.
He was released Monday on 2500 dollars bail.
The boy and his sister are now in the custody of their mother.
