Officers say the man's SUV crashed into the retaining wall and several tool boxes in the back flew forward.
SAN ANTONIO, TX (WOAI) - A man who crashed into a highway retaining wall early Thursday morning was then crushed by tool boxes he had inside his SUV.
The accident happened on I-10 near Fresno around 2:30 a.m. Officers say the man's SUV crashed into the retaining wall and several tool boxes in the back flew forward. The man was trapped against the steering wheel. The victim suffered injuries to his legs, chest and face. It's not known what caused the accident.
