LAMAR COUNTY, TEXAS (NBC) - A plant explosion in North Texas has killed one worker.
It happened around 11:00 am Wednesday at "PJ Trailers" in Lamar County.
"Tigertown" Assistant Fire Chief Kevin Norris says 238 workers were evacuated from the heavily damaged building, but when they got there they were still looking for one more.
They did a preliminary search and then found the man dead.
Norris says outside contractors were removing a "paint booth" where the flat-bed trailers are painted, when there was some type of explosion.
Ten other fire departments also responded.
Norris says a medical examiner in Marshall, Texas, was on the way to the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
