SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS (WOAI) - Folks in a Northwest San Antonio neighborhood woke-up Friday morning to an unwelcome surprise.

Nearly two dozen homes and cars were tagged with graffiti. It's not how Ryan Rasmussen and his neighbor Jesse Navarro hoped to start their Friday. Both have now found themselves with an unwanted weekend chore.

Two early morning graffiti bandits tagged cars and homes up and down Grand Bend and Indian Bend. The taggers marked up more than a dozen cars and homes on one street alone.

They may have thought they got away with the perfect crime, but neighbors said a private security camera caught two young males shortly after 1:30 a.m.

The pair was tagging a truck just up the street, and police are now reviewing that video tape.
