CORPUS CHRISTI, TX (KRIS) - A couple of teenagers are wanted by police for the theft of $50,000 in jewelry from a safe at Walmart.

Someone at the store just off of Greenwood Drive left the safe behind the counter unlocked early in the morning on March 30th.

The store provided detectives with surveillance photos of a young man and woman seen leaving the store around the same time.

The man has medium brown skin, about 15-19 years old, 5' 10" tall, weighing around 160 pounds. His alleged accomplice also has medium brown skin, and is about 5' 2" tall. She's wearing a blue polo shirt and khaki pants; the same type of outift all walmart employees wear.

Police haven't provided any further information on her alleged role in the crime.

If you recognize these two people, call Corpus Christi Crime Stoppers at 888-TIPS, or submit a tip online at www.888tips.com.
