CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS (KRIS) -- A grand jury has indicted two men arrested in connection with the shooting deaths of two young girls.
27-year old Brendan Gaytan and 22-year old Cruz Salazar will each be tried on two counts of capital murder.
They were arrested nearly two weeks after the February 16th shooting on Cheryl Drive that killed 2-year old Lillyanna Valent and 6-year old Nevaeh Oliva. The cousins were at a family home for a birthday party.
It has not yet been decided whether the death penalty will be pursued in this case.
