BLANCO, TX (KGNS) - A fast-moving cold front generated thunderstorms and hail across parts of South Texas.

Two waves of hail-producing storms passed through the area over the course of an hour, but the wintry look didn't last very long.

Springtime weather returned quickly as temperatures rose into the 60s by early afternoon.
