Dragon delivers supplies to ISS

SpaceX's unmanned Dragon spacecraft brought supplies and equipment to the International Space Station.

Its robotic arm captured the spacecraft at 6:14 Central Time, Sunday morning.

Around 5,000 pounds of equipment, science experiments and supplies were on board the Dragon spacecraft.

NASA hired SpaceX and a second company, Orbital Sciences Corporation, to fly supplies to the ISS after the retirement of the space shuttles in 2011.
