Residents in Liberia’s capital were angry yesterday after the body of a man who had died of unknown causes had been lying on the street for two days.
People accused medical authorities of reacting too slowly to the situation.
Liberia is currently fighting an Ebola outbreak.
Many feared the body may be infected with the deadly virus.
After putting the body in a bag and into the back of a vehicle, health workers sprayed themselves and the area with disinfectant.
Ebola has killed more than 1,100 people in West Africa since the start of the latest outbreak, according to the World Health Organization.
