Pony Softball making Laredo History

A group of young girls from Laredo are off to the Pony League World Series.


The Lemurs were leading Joplin 5-1 when rain would be a stop to their game in the 8th inning.


After a brutal 1st inning, the Lemurs settle in and score the games final eight runs, doubling up the Blasters 8-4.


With summer here, the United girls basketball program is holding a camp for their upcoming prospects and gave their players a chance to get looked at by a college coach.


It is being billed as USA Boxing's largest national championship event and it’s in Dallas this week with seven Laredoans are taking part in the fun.
